I had intended on adding this thought at the end, but some how I printed it, and I still don't know how to fix things. My addition was to tell that I wrote that back in 2007, I still believe what I wrote than even more so now. There are a few states who are in desperate need, so what have they did to correct the problem, they have increased their taxes, which has only made matters worse. I intend to do an article on that fact. Something to think about before you vote this year, taxes do not raise revenue, it only causes more problems.
