Have been reading my paper and trying to get all the articles filed, I keep articles that I at some time will write about, that way when I get around to a certain subject I have all the information I have saved. When I do write an article it is not just my thoughts but actual facts I have collected. But I read an article this morning that I just couldn't file it until later.
Obama has claimed several times that race has been hinted at in not a productive way. Well I do a lot of reading and the only one I have read bringing up race is Obama. If he wants to run as just an American, and not a black candiate, he, himself should quite using it. The article I am writing about is how Obama's people in states are going after the black unregistered voter. The ones who have not thought it was necessary to use their right to vote until now. If that isn't racist, I don't know what is.
At an event this winter, Obama said if he was the nominee he could guarantee that the african-american vote would raise by 30%. He would send his workers out in all states to get people registered. I should reword that, he would send his workers out to get the older, and young african-american to make sure they would be able to vote in November.
I wonder how it would be covered if John McCain would announce he was sending his people out to get white republicans registered. I would venture to guess, it would be front page, above the fold news for days. How racist McCain is for wanting to get more white voters out. Maybe I am looking at this wrong, but it sure sounds to me like a lot of race is being played and it is not white against black, but it is reverse racists, just llike what Wright spued every sunday, as an inspirational sermon for all his people.
The media is so in the tank for Obama, they can find nothing he says or does that isn't just wonderful. I would never vote for Obama, not because he is black but because of his stance on Abortion, but you could add also because he is such a left leaning Liberal, It is scarey!
Well now I feel better, have to vent after some of the things I read! Have to get back to my filing. Have a great day.
